These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vurenza website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Vurenza is a Dutch company registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK registration pending). Our product, the WheelGrip, is designed and developed in Zeeland, the Netherlands. Contact: info@vurenza.com
2. Products
The Vurenza WheelGrip is a suitcase brake designed to fit most 4-wheel (spinner) suitcases. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
The WheelGrip is currently available for pre-order. By pre-ordering, you reserve a unit from our first production run. Estimated delivery is Q3 2026. Timelines may shift due to manufacturing or logistics circumstances; we will keep you informed by email.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT (21%) where applicable under Dutch law.
- Payment is due at the time of order.
- We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout (e.g. iDEAL, credit card, PayPal). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never store your card details.
4. Orders and confirmation
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not a formal acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order (e.g. if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred) and will refund you in full if we do so.
5. Shipping
- We ship to the Netherlands and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Risk passes to you when the carrier collects your order.
- For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumer right)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
- To exercise this right, notify us at info@vurenza.com before the 14-day period expires.
- Return the product in its original condition within 14 days of notifying us.
- We will refund the full purchase price (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using your original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is faulty.
7. Warranty
The WheelGrip comes with a 2-year legal warranty under Dutch and EU consumer law. If your product is defective on delivery or develops a manufacturing defect within 2 years, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Vurenza’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g. lost luggage contents, missed flights) caused by product failure, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Intellectual property
All content on vurenza.com — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Vurenza and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. As an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
